Welcome to TriedandTrueGoods.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by Tried and True Goods LLC (“Tried and True Goods,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 1. Products and Handmade Leather Goods

• Tried and True Goods handcrafts leather goods, and because leather is a natural material, each product may have unique characteristics such as scratches, scars, bug bites, and color variations.

• Product colors may vary slightly due to differences in display settings.

• Availability of items is not guaranteed. If an order is placed for an out-of-stock item, we will attempt to fulfill it in a timely manner or provide a full refund.

• We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at any time. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

• All handmade Tried and True leather goods are backed by a lifetime warranty (the owner’s lifetime). If a stitch comes undone or any hardware fails, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

2. Tried and True Texas Internet Services

Tried and True Texas Internet, owned and operated by Tried and True Goods LLC, is an authorized dealer for Rise Broadband, offering rural fiber internet services.

• Rise Broadband is a pay-in-advance service. Customers agree to pay the first month’s service fee either at the time of ordering or upon installation.

• Customers who opt for automatic bill pay at sign-up receive a $5/month discount.

• If payment is not made at the time of ordering, an invoice for the first month will be generated and mailed immediately after installation, with payment due upon receipt.

• Prices for Rise Broadband services listed on our Site are subject to change without notice. For the most current pricing and coverage details, contact us at concierge@TriedandTrueTexasInternet.com or call 210.607.6315.

3. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms of Service, you may not use the Site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to engage in unlawful acts.

• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others.

• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.

• To submit false or misleading information.

• To upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that could disrupt, damage, or interfere with our Site, services, or the Internet.

• To collect or track personal information of others.

• To spam, phish, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape.

• For any obscene or immoral purpose.

• To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Site or any related websites.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tried and True Goods LLC, including our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees, from any claim, demand, or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
