My name is Jay & I make everything right here in San Antonio, Texas USA. 

Is there a warranty with my leather goods purchase?

Yes, every thing I make comes with a lifetime warranty, my lifetime. Craftsmanship is at the core. If a stitch ever comes undone, I’ll repair it at no charge. If hardware ever fails I’ll replace or repair the hardware. Simply email your warranty claim to TriedandTrueLeatherGoods@gmail.com
